The guarantee

I offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on the Fix Plan. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email me and I'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email founder@skipthehardway.com with the email address you used at purchase. I'll initiate your refund within one business day of receiving your request. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days.

What I don't ask

I won't ask what you tried, how far you got, or why it didn't work for you. If you're within 30 days, the refund is yours.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, the guarantee no longer applies. But if you hit a technical issue, or something about your purchase isn't right, email me — I'd rather sort it out with you directly than leave you stuck.
