The promise
I offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on the Fix Sequence. If you purchase and decide it's not the right fit for any reason, just email me within 30 days and I'll refund you in full. No hassle, no friction.
How to request a refund
Send me an email from the address you used at checkout. I'll process your refund within one business day. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What I won't do
I won't ask you to fill out a form, explain why it didn't work, or prove that you tried. If you're within the 30-day window, the refund is yours. Period.
After 30 days
Once the 30-day window closes, the automatic refund promise no longer applies. That said, if you run into a technical issue or something about your purchase isn't working as expected, email me anyway. I'd rather help you find a solution than leave you stuck.
