• Pre-purchase questions: Anything you want to clarify about the free check scoring or the Fix Sequence before you commit.
• Refunds: If you need a refund, just say the word. No forms, no friction, and no questions asked.
• Technical glitches: If something on the site is broken, confusing, or behaving strangely, let me know so I can fix it.
