What is collected (and why)

The Business Reality Check

When you complete the Business Reality Check, your answers and scores are saved so you can return to Your Priority Report via your private link. At this stage, no email address is required and no account is created.

The Execution Roadmap purchase

If you purchase The Execution Roadmap, your email address is collected. This is strictly to deliver your passwordless login code, receipt, lifetime access link, and essential support updates.

Payment details

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see, process, or store your credit card or banking details.

How your information is used

  • Transactional delivery only
    Your email is used solely to deliver your purchase, handle passwordless OTP authentication, and provide direct support. We do not send marketing newsletters without your explicit consent.
  • Tailored operational output
    Your assessment answers are used strictly to generate your dynamic scores and sequence your execution protocols.
  • Anonymized system improvements
    Broad, aggregate trends across assessment inputs may be analyzed to improve diagnostic accuracy over time. This data is never linked back to your identity.

Strict commitments

  • We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We will never share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We will never enroll you in marketing email sequences without your explicit consent.

Data retention schedule

  • Unpurchased assessment inputs
    If you complete the Business Reality Check but do not purchase The Execution Roadmap, your assessment answers and session data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Active roadmap accounts
    Your email address and access records are retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, personal identifiers are immediately removed (GDPR soft-delete), preserving only aggregate analytical data.
  • Financial & tax records
    Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Malaysian tax and accounting laws. These records contain order amounts, dates, and Stripe references—never your card details. Once your email is anonymized, these records cannot be linked to your name.

Your rights

You retain full control over your personal information. You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your data at any time. Simply email me, and your request will be processed within 14 days.

If legal requirements obligate the retention of financial transaction records, your identifying personal details will be permanently erased while keeping the non-identifying accounting row intact.

In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, you will be notified within 72 hours.
