When you take the Pulse, your answers and scores are saved to allow you to return to your results and complete your purchase at any time. Your results are accessible only via your unique results link — I don't create an account or ask for your email until you purchase.
If you purchase The Way, I collect your email address. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — I never see, receive, or store your payment details.
Your email is used to send your access link and any transactional emails directly related to your purchase. I do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Your assessment answers are used solely to generate your personalised results. I may use aggregated, anonymised score data to improve the product — never individual data linked to you.
Free Pulse assessment data is deleted within 30 days if no purchase follows. Purchase records and associated assessment data are retained for 24 months for support and financial record-keeping purposes, then permanently deleted. Aggregated, anonymised score data may be retained indefinitely for product research.
I use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold. Email me at and I'll action your request within 14 days. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, I will notify you within 72 hours.
I process your data on the basis that it is necessary to perform the service you purchased. Where I use your data for product improvement, I do so on the basis of legitimate interest, using only anonymised and aggregated information.
